What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

It would be great if it could be set "general" config for each arena (deathkick, reward, etc) and "block-editing" (rollback, etc) too.

I was going to do this in the beginning, but honestly, i'd be to confusing to many users causing complete chaos.

you can't let it like is it now but overwriting it for who wants to use it so you have the general config on config.yml file and then you can add more specific on arena.yml file which "overwrites"/"have more priority" than the "config.yml" ones.
