    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Install the plugin on Spigot 1.8.8
    2. use explosive arrow on somebody
    3. ooooh, he didn't take any explosive damage :'(

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    I want the explosive arrows to deal explosion damage when they explode

    What version of the product are you using?
    latest

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    There are no errors
