What steps will reproduce the problem?
when we teleport or die the back command does not often work correctly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when you type /back you go to your last location

What version of the product are you using?
2.2.2 b160

Do you have an error log of what happened?
no errors

It is almost like the plugin thinks that we are teleporting twice ... once to the new location and then again to the same location .. so I was wondering if you could try adding a delay when it checks if you have teleported .. like if you teleported it will not check again for like 5 seconds.

Can I get a list of plugins? It's possible another plugin is teleporting you a second time to the same location after you move, which is causing TeleportSuite's location save feature to fail.

I have a lot of plugins ... but it has been happening with a lot less plugins too ..
