Players cannot use Nether Portals or enderpearls to try and enter the area.
/tph down Sometimes places you at the roof of the room you are entering, making you fall to the floor.
Adding/removing users from the console only adds the player for the duration that it is up; restarting the server removes them, unless their name is in the text file.
