    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Set up a quarry
    2. Install speed upgrade

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Expected: Fuel used at rate of speed up (50% upgrade, fuel used 1.5x as fast, etc)
    Actual: Fuel used at same rate

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.2.2 on CB1.7.9R0.1 server

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No crash, just issues

    Please provide any additional information below.
    In the original BC, quarry worked proportional to the amount of energy given.

    I'm actually working on another plugin that adds machines such as quarries and mining wells. It's much better and should perform better as well. Once it's uploaded, I'll make another comment here and let you know.

    Note: I would look into this, but sadly, I no longer have the source to this project.
