I love your plugin i think its awesome how you can make joining signs,and have kits. Something I think you should improve on it is you should add:

1. kit setting- in game customization on the kits like /teampvp setkit and it sets the kit for what is ever in you inventory.
2. Kill streaks- say like a person gets 5 kill in a row then he should get a weapon or a dog or something (and should be configurable to the users liking)
3. multiple arenas- you can have multiple maps and after one game ends it randomly selects another map
4. game over - when the game is over have everyone spawn back to the lobby and give $100 dollars(also should be configurable and use essentials money)  for the wining team
5. protect and border- you should be able to set a spawn protection on and have the map have boundaries
6. mob eggs- when some one use a mob egg (from kit or kill streak) the mob should be loyal to the owner and team,and identification of red or blue team
7. multiple teams- add some different team like purple , orange, ect.
8.colored names- when in game chating before there name it should have there team name
