• Added relative and 'look at block' teleports
  • look at block teleports require permission: vm.lookatblock
  • must be enabled in config: allow.look_at_block: [true|false]
  • can set maximum distance: max_look_at_distance: [distance in blocks]
  • can set tachyon cost: tachyon_use.travel.to_block: [amount]
  • relative teleports must specify the tilde symbol (~) as the world and ~ before each x, y, and z coordinate
• Fixed a bug with MySQL table creation
• Added a MySQL database table prefix config option
• Added an SQLite -> MySQL database converter (double-click the TARDISVortexManipulator.jar file to open it)

You must have TARDIS v3.2.10 build #1188 or higher installed
