Bukkit

There have been many changes, including better command handling and API additions. The structure is similar to DeityAPI for my sake, as I will be switching between them quite often, but can also benefit other developers as well. This shouldn't brake anything as this is being released at the same time as Mineopoly, which is built upon this build of the API

- The MySQL support is something I will need to check on, don't expect it to work, but if it does, great.
