Version 0.8 of the SwiftApi plugin

Changes:

• SwiftApi is now based on the latest Apache Thrift 0.9.0 (fixes a lot of stability issues)
• New methods for getting and setting file contents (you could edit config files with them)

New Methods:

• + getFileContents()
• + setFileContents()
