First Release

Finally.. Here is first release of SwearControl. Some things are added but some of them are removed. I hope you enjoy this plugin.

Updates

• Added permissions
• Added config
• Added editable Anti-Swear message into config file
• Removed MOTD ( Because if I make another plugin then I will put this thing into it because it isn't logical that the plugin is called SwearControl and there is MOTD in it :\ )
• Removed player Join / Leave in chat ( Same thing )

Fixed

Shows anti-swear message and swear under it even swear is disabled.
