Items in in item_sets can now be set to spawn randomly!

New config commands :-

• /sa showitemset <arena name> <item_set>
• /sa setchance <arena name> <item_set> <index> <chance>

Other various bug fixes

Currently the suddenDeathTime config option is not implemented, but suddenDeathPlayers works fine.
