Survival Games
Survival Games is a plugin that has the aim of creating a fully automated hunger games style experience. The plugin was created to be simple to use, and to be easily setup on any type of server, no matter the size or type! Survival Games provides a way for your server to have a full fledged, fully automated hunger games experience for any player. Requirements
Before installing this plugin, a few things are required.
- WorldEdit- Needed to create arenas.
- MySQL Database (optional) - If you wish to use stats, you must have an SQL database.
Conflicts
- Any plugin that modifies damage amounts by applying more damage can sometimes cause issues and make the player actually die (ie McMMO).
- Some locking plugins such as LWC have been reported to have issues with the lobby signs, but should work normally if protection is turned of for those signs.
- WORLD PORTAL will make this plugin completely break if the lobby is not in a world that is loaded at start!

- /sg setlobbywall was changed to /sg addwall <arena> in versions 0.5.0 and above!
New Permissions:
If you have for example 6 arenas, and you want every player to be able to join all arenas, give each rank the following permissions:
- sg.arena.join.<arena#> (Replace <arena#> with the arena number.)
- sg.arena.join
- sg.player.vote
- sg.lobby.join
Note: Devs and important people of this plugin have colored names on lobby signs

Posted Jul 5, 2012Hello, I like your plugin. But I have a problem. I have everything correctly setup, I have arena1 located in the world arena1. In the system.yml it does also say arena1 as world for arena1. I use multiverse.

The webstats theme is using PHP. It will work for anything that uses PHP, providing you know how to code in PHP (a handy thing to learn).
Wordpress uses PHP, so yes...it will work with that. You will need to modify it however.
Now because many CMS systems and website management systems exist, rather than asking for a magical tutorial to be made for one...it would help you learn some useful skills if you simply had a go at merging the webstats with your Wordpress website.
The worst that can happen is that it won't work, so you have nothing to lose :)

Posted Jul 4, 2012For everyone having issue with only OPs joining your Survival Games using the lobby signs:
You need to use a Group Permissions plugin such as the Essentials one. I don't know why, after all this time, it has not been included as a download or link!
You can find that here:
Then after installing that and running your server, the permissions plugin makes a groups.yml file for every world.
Make sure the worlds with your arenas have this in it:

Posted Jul 4, 2012Hi im a server admin and for some reason every time a non-op trys to join the hunger games it says: You do not have permissions. In red letters? I tried everything I could think of but it still doesnt work. Plz help I really love this plugin and I dont want to uninstall it.

I've removed your comment because it was offensive and false. The message "Couldn't connect to MySQL database. Stopping..." does not mean it stops your MySQL server, it means it stops the plugin - the plugin cannot run with no MySQL connection. I suggest that before you make insults and wrongly accuse someone of screwing with your server, you actually make sense of stuff, possibly read the code and figure out what's going on. Furthermore, it is on you to figure out why your MySQL server is unavailable for connection by the plugin, not "poor coding" on the author's part.
I'd also like to point out that if something cannot connect to a server, it is physically impossible for that thing to shut down the server, due to the fact that it cannot connect in the first place. Please get your facts right, and do not comment again on this issue. Thank you.
