Survival Games
Survival Games is a plugin that has the aim of creating a fully automated hunger games style experience. The plugin was created to be simple to use, and to be easily setup on any type of server, no matter the size or type! Survival Games provides a way for your server to have a full fledged, fully automated hunger games experience for any player. Requirements
Before installing this plugin, a few things are required.
- WorldEdit- Needed to create arenas.
- MySQL Database (optional) - If you wish to use stats, you must have an SQL database.
Conflicts
- Any plugin that modifies damage amounts by applying more damage can sometimes cause issues and make the player actually die (ie McMMO).
- Some locking plugins such as LWC have been reported to have issues with the lobby signs, but should work normally if protection is turned of for those signs.
- WORLD PORTAL will make this plugin completely break if the lobby is not in a world that is loaded at start!

- /sg setlobbywall was changed to /sg addwall <arena> in versions 0.5.0 and above!
New Permissions:
If you have for example 6 arenas, and you want every player to be able to join all arenas, give each rank the following permissions:
- sg.arena.join.<arena#> (Replace <arena#> with the arena number.)
- sg.arena.join
- sg.player.vote
- sg.lobby.join
Note: Devs and important people of this plugin have colored names on lobby signs

Posted Jun 11, 2013ok Kin, I cannot get the signs to update for names of whos dead or not. All is set right and all works except that. Using the latest download. Any ideas?

Posted Jun 11, 2013Just clarifying with the auto refill of the chests. So do I just place chests anywhere in the arena, and the plugin detects them and they will auto refill at the beginning of each match, or is it more complex than this

The code for them just isn't finished. The build they released is a recommended development build which still needs things to be added. Just ignore the lobby signs as /sg join (arena) still works. Also, when you join the game, ignore the error message you see. That is referring to the lobby wall not updating but it is perfectly fine.

yes i definitely would like to see the rollback of redstone traps and water traps get handled much better, I had to remove almost all of my redstone traps because they almost never rollback the right way that they should so that they will work again for the next match

Works for me altho I use PEX I do recall other people having problems with groupmanager, but I am not 100% sure about that.

Posted Jun 10, 2013For some reason all my players don't have permission to use the lobby walls or anything. I gave default all the permissions they need including the new ones. I use groupmanager for my perms btw.

I believe to add a reward you use the /sg flag command. I've haven't tested it out much but i'm pretty sure that's how you add rewards. Also I found that after you use that command for a certain arena you can also go into the system file and add it from there then type /sg reload setting.

Totally agree.
So now here is a list of what we want based on the comments.
- Fixing the bug that the plugin does not update the games - Add rewards - Fix the plugin so that i can check for updates - Add deathmatch so a game won't take forever - Fix some permissions that does not seem to work. - Add a tutorial for all of this. (I would be glad to make a tutorial in 1080p HD if this was documented to me)
