Read the known-caveats-section, please.

• added four options to messages.yml:

1. change the format of messages in support-chats
2. use /support to leave a chat
3. allow users to make multiple requests
4. if 1 is enabled you can enable a 'cooldown' to the request-command
5. you can change the duration of the cooldown

• Added command </support reload> to reload messages.yml
• Added command /support commands to display a list of all commands
• Added permissions support.reload and support.commands

-As the messages.yml has changed, you have to get rid of the old one. To do that you have to delete the file messages.yml in the plugins/supportchat directory. Or you can reload it with </support messages english>. If you have changed the messages, you should make a backup before deleting the file.
