+ Infinite effects will no longer persist after deaths

+ Potions and mob eggs can now be used in kits by their actual names. Mob eggs can have their data value replaced by the mob-type to spawn.

+ Potion effects can now be used in kits by their common names

+ Kits can now have a parent kit specified. Parent kits will have all their items, effects, and properties applied prior to those of the child kit.

+ Kits have two new properties: requireParentPerms and inheritParentPerms.
