Added Confusion enchant, fixed multiple bugs (Listed below), and cleaned up code

Bug fixes:

Ability to remove excavator and autosmelt from pickaxe

Ability to remove freeze enchant from sword

Modified /listenchants to include all new enchantments

and some more I forgot
