Removing old configuration file is recommended.

• Added /sc setlang command to allow quickly change plugin language after installtion
• Switched back to Bukkit UUID API (fixed "Server returned HTTP response code: 429 for URL" errors)
• Added external JSON library - expanded support for legacy Minecraft versions (fixed "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/google/gson/JsonElement")
• Minor bug fixes and enhancements
• Started working on rewriting replacer in messages to be more powerfull
• Added AdminCensor option - allows to censor administrators with permission. Censored admins won't be receiving Penalty Points.
• Changed RegEx system, its now more accurate in detecting which word triggered the system
• Minor bug fixes and enhancements

Some problems with replacer. I recommend not using replacer until new update with more fixes for this function.
