• Added a stopblock, use it at the end of roads to delete the speed boost.
• Added two commands and their permissions : /sron and /sroff. To turn the plugin on and off but for the player, not for the whole server.

You have to delete your config file to generate a new or simply add this line somewhere in your config file, preferably just under "block:19" "stopblock: 170" Thank to Yupie123 for his ideas !
