What steps will reproduce the problem?
Guard an area with Residence and try chopping logs while not being permitted, it will still break the block and drop charcoal.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected was nothing happening when using a Golden axe on logs in a protected residence.

What version of the product are you using?
latest

Do you have an error log of what happened?
no

Please provide any additional information below.
Possibly having a way to disable the golden axe feature manually by itself would be nice
