+ Added new automation: A broadcast message will be send, if a streamer goes live (Note: This can have a delay of up to 5 minutes)
+ Added new PlaceholderAPI option - %streamingdrops_streamerlivetag_<player>% (Example for "Morelaid": %streamingdrops_streamerlivetag_morelaid%). Show the online status of a special player (streamer)
+ Changed a problem, to detect, if the twitch channel is allready connected
+ Changed stats for bstats.org - total drops will know include the streamer special drops
+ Added setting options for "/topdrops" to change the appearance
+ Added "/topdrops" to help menu
+ Added new options in messages.yml and settings.yml
