- Explosions above 40y are now fixed so that they will cause damage, while not destroying blocks.
- Changed it so that extra TNT blocks are left untouched, rather than being removed when exceeding the 1 TNT chain limit.
- Some other minor fixes in the code.

- TNT will not blow up chests
- TNT will only ignite 1 additional TNT (that can also ignite 1 additional TNT and so on) heavily limiting the chain reaction
