Fixed bug with error messages ("Missing File") on first server start.

Fixed bug involving losing all knives at once instead of one at a time.

Fixed snooper. I highly recommend enabling it. (It is enabled by default.)

- Laser rifle spams chat with killfeed.

- Harmless error message if no custom items exist.
