+ New variable which can be used in the 'format' configuration option:
    %player-name% - Username of who asked Steve the question.
+ New Feature: Talk to Steve Privately.
    Use /steve <message> to talk to Steve privately. Responses will be sent back only to you.
    Requires the permission [Steve.private] or OP.
* Fixed bug letting anyone reload the plugin configuration file. (Should do no harm.)
* Improved console logging.
