    Currently the restriction behavior only works when a node is present.  In cases where folks are super granular about their restrictions, adding all the nodes can be cumbersome.

    Sometimes it's just easier to say what they can have vs what they can't.

    Add an ability through a config to swap the logic to Inclusive / Exclusive evaluation of the permission nodes.
