Bukkit

• added command: /usreload (reload the config.yml)
• added advanced permissions (e.g. UpdateStatus.status.NewCity)
• added MultiLine-Support (for an config.yml exmaple see main page)
• added Softdepend (can use API) of HelpPlusPlus (plugin I'm developing, not yet on devBukkit)
• added some configuration options, that doesn't work yet, they're placerholders

Note: advanced permissions should work, but I haven't tested it

The new configuration options like prefix are just placeholders yet, does not work

argument is case-sensitive (should I try to change it?)

Note: It seems that Libigot does actually not support the /bstatus command, so it's only like /status, try to get it work for Libigot asap.
