What steps will reproduce the problem?

"1. I Used the CraftBukkit Build 1337 and Statistican 2.0.3... everything works fine.
2. Updated CraftBukkit to the latest RB 1.0.1-R1 and Statistician up to 2.0.4"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

"I want all of my players tracked by Statistician. At the moment, only new one (those who are tracked the first time, i think) and a few of the existing are tracked. Another Problem: The welcome doesn't appear."

What version of the product are you using?

"2.0.4"

Do you have an error log of what happened?

"i just found some but they arent reproducible (it was v2.0.3 and rb 1.0.1-rc1):

Please try v2.0.7 and post the errors you receive with 2.0.7 running

If you are using permissions add "- -statistician.ignore" to your permission file at the top if the groups permissions list, fixed my problem.
