-Added new config file which allows you to edit the names and lore's of your item's. -Minor tweaks all staffs. -Made it so you don't fire arrows infinitely with the Hero's Blade -Removed potion effects on staffs (that will come next version) -Increased velocity of arrows fired from Hero's Blade. -Added new the ability to fire arrows from the Ultimate Staff -Minor bug fixes
