    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

    okay i loaded this on my server, and it works amazinly, but how do i set it up so that non- operators can use it?? there are onyl 2 dmins and i would like for everyone to use it, i dont want to op everyone because some would just abuse it for crative..lol
