I have a couple of suggestions for this pugin:
Enabling whitelist per server
Overriding /whitelist
Maby a slightly better default config:

Host: 'localhost'
Port: '3306'
Username: 'root'
Password: ''
Database: 'sqlwhitelist'
Firstrun: false

New idea for the config:

1. Should this plugin update automatically? AutoUpdate: true

1. Location of mysql on your network Host: 'localhost'

1. Port of mysql Port: '3306'

1. Username of mysql Username: 'root'

1. Password for the username Password: ''

1. Name of the database the plugin should use Database: 'sqlwhitelist'

1. Not recomended to be modified Firstrun: false
