"U" to unlock #4

    For some unknown reason players cant use "U" to unlock stuff, they don't even get a message saying "You cant unlock that". Admins can that have the "*" permission but default players cannot, They can use /cunlock <pass> but not the GUI and they can use "L" to lock things.
