What version of SpoutEssentials are you using? (Look in the console, not the thread)

Post your plugin list. (A screenshot of '/plugins' would do)
Other spout plugins: Factions, Gunpack, SpoutLWC
Post all of your configs in spoutessentials folder, using bukkitPaste.
Have made sure modules.yml is set properly, will provide if needed, however

I hope this plugin gets picked up (unless it has), but in the meantime, it works well. This is the only issue I have problems with, especially if there is 1 or less players on the server. Also, the joining of a player can activate the /spe help text. So I'm not sure why this is.
