• updated the API version to Spigot version 1.11
• rewrote the whole plugin
• added '/sb set [treetype | mobtype | damageblocks] [value]' command
• with this command you can edit the config ingame and change the tree that will be generated when you use the tree bow, the mob that will spawn when you use the mobspawner bow, and decide whether blocks should be destroyed or not when you use the explode bow

• added permission 'sb.*'
• added permission 'sb.treetype'
• added permission 'sb.mobtype'
• added permission 'sb.damageblocks'

• changed most of the chat colors
• additional bug fixes
