This project is inactive and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of Minecraft. The author may have abandoned it, or it may have outlived its usefulness.

Features:

SpamExclude let you exclude all the unnessecary characters from a message! This plugin works automatic and prevents spam like LOLLLLLL or OMGFG!!!"!!!!!!!!§!!!
You can now change in which period ppl. should be able to write in the chat, for example every 2 seconds!
It is also possible to enable an option which turns CAPS into lowercase

BTW, another proposal. Can you add levenstein for repetition messages.

I mean if send: "come to my shop!", then send: "come to my shop! !" (with two "!") the plugin will decide this is two different message. With levenstein you can to check percent matching between both message.

However, i'm not sure if it actually will works good.

This plugin is simple and easy for configure.

I think the only missing thing is message repetition cooldown.

Also, please remove this console spam: antichar true, FINAL TAG , etc.

I like your plugin, but its ironic that is spams my server log (and console) with a ton of message when people chat: http://pastebin.com/StdkJ0fb

I had to disable it until you make a non-verbose version.

A the moment this plugin only removes needles letters (which are mostly spam). The features CAPS, normal spam, rude words and IP/WWW blocker aren't included yet :D

What about Spamnicks? Does it excludes MyCoooooolNick (as a player name) to MyColNick or leaves as it it? It should.

+ CAPS > Caps

+ Spam = mute

+ Chat filter = #$%@

+ IP and WWW blocker
