Plugin is completely rewritten
Rules are now stored in separate inventories, which is being written to file
No need to spend an item to create a sorting rule
Sorters now can be switched from/to 'precise' mode in rule menu (allow similar items)
Sorters cannot be obtained by renaming hoppers on an anvil
Added item glow and lore
