1) I downloaded latest version of all plugins required.
2) Uploaded them to my plugins folder and restarted server
3) Snowballer works but all the strings are not inserted

I tried following your video tutorial on YouTube and the only thing I saw different was that you are using Windows.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was hoping to see the strings in the translation file inserted into where they are supposed to go.

What version of the product are you using?

Translate 1.02
Bukkit 1.2.5-R4.0

I am using CentOS 6.0 64bit. Not sure if it has something to do with read/write access. I have tried changing the CHMOD permissions but nothing has helped.

I get the exact same thing as you like to see a fix to this
