Changes:

• Completely fucked up and rewrote the command system as a result of fucking up. It's much easier for me to add trails now.
• Did a few "housecleaning" changes and made my organization better for future updates.
• Removed the snow and fireworks trails. Snow because it would crash clients, fireworks because it was just really clunky and I regret ever adding it.
• Added a cloud and anger trail.
• Updated the config file and changed the off message value because it would break when being created.
• Please please please delete your current config file if you have one, it is greatly appreciated.
• Let me reiterate, delete your config file.

• Honestly, I've been working on and off on this update for the past few months because I've started college and have been playing other games. I'm completely unsure about all the bugs that were fixed(or worked around). Just assume that any outstanding bugs posted in the comments before this release were fixed.
