For all particle trails the minimum and maximum amount of particles that will spawn when you move is now configurable.
Don't try to set the minimum value above the maximum value. 1: The trail won't work. 2: You're an idiot if you try to anyways
A little note about the values. The ender value is that high on purpose. The other trails are really low on purpose too. I understand you want to crank shit up 500% but I stress tested each and every value so they wouldn't be a problem for servers. If you want to make it where every time you walk 1000 particles spawn, be my guest. I'm not liable for anything that happens to your server though.
Fixed a permissions bug where ender wasn't working correctly.
