Changelog

We have added at least 10 new commands to the game!
For operators or people with the right permissions, they don't have to spend time to craft those arrows anymore!
They can now use commands to obtain them.
Also we added a new Mob Spawn Arrow, which allows them to spawn a mob at landing of arrow and this can be defined in the configuration.
