Multiworld Support (I know, finally)

I've added more messages for more commands.

Added disable world command for multiworld.

I've added in all variants of World Name to existing commands.

By a user requested feature, I've added in sleeping near monsters.

If can either be all monsters, or name tagged monsters only. By default it's a op only thing. If you set ignorepermission to true, then all players. As well, it has a permission node if you have a permission based server.
