• Updated packet handling on the client mod, so some small updates to the plugin as well
  
• fixed ChatBubbleEventsEnabled not working from the config file
  
• removed permissions for commands, they werent working properly anyway.
  
• fixed moreplayermodels.entities node not working
  

This is compiled against bukkit 1.7.9, but dont see why it wouldnt work for 1.7.10 when it comes out.

You need this version for the 1.7.10 client mod version. 1.7.2 will mostlikely give you errors.
