SimplyPerms is yet another Permissions plugin manager based on PermissionsBukkit ideas with some new really great features !
WARNING : SimplyPerms is not compatible with PermissionsBukkit or other permissions plugins !

Add-ons
SimplyWrap
This make plugins based on PermissionsBukkit API compatible with SimplyPerms.
Not all PermissionsBukkit plugin will work with this ! Try and give me your feedbacks !
SimplyRank
This allow you to use the rank feature with SimplyPerms.
With this you can allow someone to grant someone else on a specified group.
Commands :
- /rank [player] [group]
- /ranker [player] [group]
- /setrank [player] [group]
Permission :
- permissions.rank.[groupname]

Please read this part http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/simplyperms/pages/import-from-other-plugins/ for import mecanism.
For your request of prefix/suffix i don't want this to my plugin.
It's permissions, and only permissions : so deny or allow players to doing something.

Posted Apr 23, 2012Hey, This plugin looks good. Been using it on my test server for a while. Is the PermsBukkit import working as of 1.6 yes?
Would it be possible to run these together, and SimplyPerms import PermsBukkit data and then disable PermsBukkit? This would save me ANY time where players would be groupless. But is not a necessity.
I would like to ask that this plugin never goes the way of other Perms plugins and adds native prefix's, suffixes, etc. etc. As I believe this is the job of a 3rd party plugin, and not the permissions plugin.
I will try and think of some features I would like and suggest them too you.

Hello
Please check your permissions, by default, the default group has permissions.allow.build to false, so you can't build, pass it to true or set a group to him to let him build.

Posted Apr 15, 2012If PermissionsBukkit is confirmed dead, I'll possibly get this! I'm not sure if anybody is going to take it over though.
Also, can anybody confirm the security of this? I can't just switch the plugin out because if there's a security hole, I can't afford to keep my server down.
