THIS IS AN VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE !

Changelog :
- Correct a huge bug with orginal code of PermissionsBukkit, all node is now applied IN ORDER (and not anarchically like PermissionsBukkit)
- Correct Capitalized groups not handled in databases
- Added a lot of things in SimplyAPI
- Preventions permissions is now entierly handler by Bukkit permissions
- Major code rewrite
- permissions.allow.spam is now subnode of permissions.allow.chat (when you can't talk, you can't spam ⁾

New functionnality :
- You can now change the default group name.
- Enderpearl added in projectile prevention
- You can now control event with vehicles with 4 new nodes :
permissions.allow.vehicles.enter = allow enter to vehicles
permissions.allow.vehicles.destroy = allow destroying vehicles
permissions.allow.vehicles.collision = allow collide with vehicles (you pass throught if you don't have permission)
permissions.allow.vehicles.place = allow to place vehicles
