What is the issue?

When a player does /msg it comes up with "/msg <to> <message>" example http://gyazo.com/78fad75ac269380e18f353903d4dd2ed.png

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm not sure how to fix is it essentials conflicting? or something your end or just weird stuff?

Does the message get to sent though? so if did "/msg Grimlock257 Hi" would it send the message then say the "/msg <to> <message>" ?

Yeah after the receiver gets the message something returns"/msg <to> <message>" idk why

Hey, I looked at the code today for my plugin, as I haven't worked on them for agers, but nowhere in my plugin is the message '/msg <to> <message>' is in my code/plugin.yml or configs... That means you must have another message plugin... I will check the code again... but I'm pretty sure that that message is not part of my plugin..
