This version completely rewrote the plugin, It is now a display changing plugin, not a general one, while Im still working on some configurations the custom join and leave messages work now (thanks to zeeveener and AzubuSan for that).

This newer version adds some things:
/afk now toggles afk on or off
/sun and /storm added
/day and /night added
/join
/leave

This is the first version with:
/heal
/tp
/tphere
/fly
/afk (only states that you are afk, nothing else)
/motd
/rules
/time
/weather
/info
/v
