Coded with: Craftbukkit 1.8.8-R0.1

• Added crafting recipes for the bazooka and ammo
• Added /sb reload command to reload the config without reloading the server (if you changed the crafting recipes you still have to reload the server)
• It is no longer possible to attack players or mobs with the bazooka by left clicking.
• The bazooka will no longer shot a arrow after a reload
• Cleaned Code
