Assign Announcements a Sort of ID #2

    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
    Give each announcement a sort of Id
    /sa list would display somthing like this 1 - This is the announcement

    so when you'd do /sa rem you'd now do /sa rem 1 and that would delete the announcement
    Please provide any additional information below.
