    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
    Customizable commands that can be run when a player refers another player
    commands: pex user %referee% group add T2 Referrer, say %referrer% has referred %referee%

    a comma would separate 2 commands and wildcards like %referrer% would be replaced with players name's
