What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. claimed ticket, tried to close it... ticket is already closed but it isn't
2. mysql only saves the tickets as created, but never as assigned or closed
3. with restarting the server all tickets are deleted...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no output, no error message, nothing If I close a ticket without claiming it, nothing happends, no output, no chat message...

What version of the product are you using?
2.1.0 for 1.9

Do you have an error log of what happened?
there is no error log because it doesn't create any error messages
