    Would like to provide status/progress update on a claimed ticket and the ability to append a comment when closing the ticket.

    Perhaps would also like the ability for the user to (easily) update or respond to their ticket(s).

    I will see I can add that. It would mean having to change the way players report there tickets. But it should be pretty easy to do.

    I will try and add that at the weekend or next week. As I'm so busy with work at the moment.

    Alright that sounds good. Although I haven't had the plugin for too long, I'm assuming most players would only focus on one ticket at a time anyways.
