A simple update. Built the jar against 1.8.3 spigot. If there are any errors, please make bug reports.

• Updating simplefactions will currently make a backup of your old config, and then make a new one! Be sure to always make sure that your settings are correct before starting up the server. Be sure to keep regular backups of all player/faction data and all config data!
